The Workforce Management company XLScheduler has announced that it will change the name of its main product XLScheduler WFM, a workforce management solution for contact center and retail, to ProScheduler WFM, effective April 23rd 2013.
The name change is part of the company's technology shift, where XLScheduler has introduced a new generation WFM system, developed in cutting edge technology with a user friendly interface and a number of new features.
In connection with the product name change, the company website address has changed to www.proscheduler.com.
